No.

But, you can easily change programmatically the view hierarchy
(removing/adding views any time), which is -- so far as I understand
correctly -- exactly what you want to. See NSView methods, and don't forget
that it is generally easier to prepare the desired view in a NIB to be loaded
on demand than to create it programmatically.
