Dear Developer,
We're excited to announce an upcoming hands-on Apple HTML Help workshop,
also known as a kitchen, to assist you in implementing Apple HTML Help for
your Mac OS X product. This event is for both Carbon and Cocoa developers.
There's no charge to attend this event.
APPLE HTML HELP KITCHEN
This kitchen is targeted at software engineers responsible for implementing
help in your Mac OS X product and content authors. We'll help you learn
first hand the techniques (Carbon and Cocoa) and principles of developing an
effective help system using Apple Help and Help Tags. We'll also have
members of the Apple Help, Apple Developer Technical Support, and Apple
Instructional Products teams available to answer technical and authoring
questions.
The goal for this kitchen is for you to leave with a completely functional
Apple Help solution for your Mac OS X product. You may not have all of your
help content written (because often that doesn't get finished until the last
minute due to feature changes etc), but we want to ensure that when you
leave this kitchen, you have no outstanding technical hurdles.
Remember, at a very minimum every Mac OS X application should provide user
assistance and Apple Help is *the* way to do this. Take advantage of this
great opportunity to get your technical questions answered and coding issues
(Carbon and Cocoa) addressed. Don't waste time trying to solve problems by
yourself. Come to this workshop and get the technical assistance you need.
