Thanks for the example's and help everyone. I'm about 3/4 of the way through
Apple's Objective-C doc.

I didn't understand the part about there always being a object, and the
difference between an object and an instance. The OOP languages I have come
from you have to create an instance before you can do anything with it, such
as calling methods.
