I've been searching and fiddling around with this all morning, to no avail:
Lets say that I want to start with a Cocoa Document-based template, but I
want to add a window to the MainMenu.nib. How do I get this window to
show up first when the application is launched? I want to hook the
MyDocument.nib window to a menu item, by the way.
