I'm seeing some conflicting info...the promise at WWDC of a high school program vs. the assertion by a guy who worked at Apple last summer that there won't be one soon...

I definitely remember them saying that they were working on a high school ADC program at WWDC. In fact, I suggested it at the feedback forum, and their response was that they were way ahead of me. But you'd know more, eh, Jeff, since you were in student developer relations last summer, right? Have things changed? If they have, it's probably the lawyers' fault. I was in Apple's CQF program from 8th through 11th grade, and they kicked me out when the legal department cracked down on parents signing contracts for minors.
