NSTableView Bug? (or maybe Interface Builder)

I am messing around with a document based database application and I came into some problems. I have 50 columns all 50 px in size. When I test the interface, the scroll bar only registers when I try to resize one of the columns.

Is this a known bug, or a bug at all?
