Select Port in Network Panel

Hi,

I creating an usb modem driver (Interface drivers as"Plug-in" CoreFundation).
How can i select this driver in the "Configuration" pop-up menu of the Network Panel, as is possible with the built-in modem or ethernet built-in ?
