That's not entirely true. There can and probably would
be problems when nobody's logged in;

That's precisely the problem. A tool that requires a user to
be logged in? Limited use at best. A web server that
requires a user to be logged in? You must be kidding.

Well, my MetaAd demo runs just fine without anyone logged in. This is a WO5 app that uses AppKit for text-flow/rendering and CoreGraphics/AppKit for rendering and generating preview JPEG images, apart from lots of other totally amazing technology.... ;-)

It wasn't completely trivial to set up, but also not impossible.
