Rapid development with Project Builder...how?

Hi,
Sorry, but this is a newbie question.
How do you manage to be productive with Project Builder without learning
by heart all the Cocoa APis. I find the process of going back and forth from
the IDE to the documentation rather painful, especially now that I am pretty
unfamiliar with, say, the java APIs to Cocoa.

I am used to JBuilder's contextual help+autocompletion and find it a bit
hard, although I love my new OSX environment as well for other reasons. Is
there something obvious I'm missing, or is it just the way it is ?

I currently find that I spend a lot of time making sure I type method names
correctly and supply the correct list of params in the right
order....whereas I would prefer to spend it solving real problems.

Thank you

Mat
