Currently, you have to do that at least partially programmatically (if one
of the objects can be the File's Owner for the other NIB, all the programming
could be loading the NIB; otherwise you have to setTarget: and setAction:
manually).

There was once a trick to do that in IB as part of MiscKit for NeXTStep; I
have no idea whether it is available for OSX.
