Hi Lloyd,

I looked at a few things and didn't find anything that jumped out at me as
initiative. I thought Picture Viewer for OS9 was actually quite bad. You can
resize at constant aspect ratio but the picture is in a plain frame and
there is nothing to indicate that it's resizable at all.

Did you find anything that indicated resizing along an aspect ratio? Quicktime player allows you to do it with CTRL but other than user action there is nothing to indicate it is GOING to be a constant aspect ratio.

Personally, I would say just do it.
