JavaConverter

I'm looking for a way to keep convert some objective-c source code to java source code. I've come across some references to "JavaConverter" but can't seem to find the actual program. It appears that it only comes with WebObjects, but I don't have access to that.

So my questions are:

1. Does java converter really convert from java to objective-c source code?

2. How can i get this program without needing to get WebObjects?
