How to create off-screen GWorld

Hello all,
In Mac OS9, we can create an off-screen gWorld, so we can draw on it and flush it to window when needed.

I wonder how to create an off-screen gWorld in Mac OSX, and if we can also draw on it use NSBezierPath.
