(i) Dont' ever use such a beast unless *ABSOLUTELY* vital. Such windows make
for confusion and inconsistency. In ten years of OpenStep/Cocoa programming
I needed it *ONCE*, and that was for a window which _never went onscreen_;
(ii) If you *really* have to, just make the window programmatically with
NSBorderlessWindowMask.
