Okay what would a good tool tip be on the info panel settings.
Lets take the window attributes info panel??
I can add this in but i'm not sure what to put in as a tool tip for
the settings.
I think the info panel settings are mostly self-explanatory, at least
to the extent that the user knows how to use IB. I'm in 9 right now
and don't really have time to boot into X at the moment to look at
the panel. But I was agreeing mainly to adding tool tips to palette
items, and I suppose the tips should be the names of the
corresponding objects.
