How do I make the view scroll to top?

I have a custom view which I have made a subview of NSScrollView. Every
time I open this window, it is scrolled to the bottom of the view, and I
have to manually scroll to the top of the page.
I want the view to open with the page scrolled to the top. How do I do
that?
