Changing the menu bar

Hello all,

I've been wondering, how do I go about changing the top most menu bar based on which window in my application is focused? I have several different windows within my application with varying purposes, and one
menu bar doesn't fit all. But, the menu "MainMenu" in my "MainMenu.nib" seems to be a special case. How is this normally handled?

Thanks for any help.
