Check out
http://nehe.gamedev.net/
as the site has an excellent set of OpenGL tutorials (36 parts, at this
point-- everything from the absolute basics through to some very
complex/hard topics. Every tutorial comes with source code in multiple
languages for multiple platforms. Many of the early Tutorials come with 2
or 3 different forms of source for Mac OS X; once you get the hang of the
basics, porting source from other tutorials is trivial.
The site has an incredible wealth of information regarding OpenGL and
general game development. There is a $30 CD that contains the site's
contents available-- even though everything on the CD is either available
on the site or not useful on OS X, I bought a copy anyway just to support
the guy. It was definitely worthy!
