Strange Crash

Hello, has anyone ever observed an app you were developing crash (running it on it's own, so the crash generates a crash report that you can look at using Console) and after looking at the crash report (specifically the method trace part of the report) it reports that a method was called (in my case a IB action method) that wasn't supposed to be called? Any ideas about how something like that would happen?

Jason
