Yes, this is a result of the fact that the Finder sets the working directory
to / while PB sets it to the program location.


The problem is that this behavior is contrary to the definition of "user.dir" in the Java reference, and this problem occurs only with CocoaJava applications launched by the Finder, the same application launched from Terminal has its "user.dir" set correctly and pure Java applications also work correclty.
