<< do not localize >>

  • Subject: << do not localize >>

Someone just asked me about something that I've been wondering about for a while myself, but never got around to asking:

Why does the title bar of the window in the Preference Pane template say << do not localize >> ? Does this only refer to the title bar of the window, since the window will not actually be used but rather only its content view, or does this mean that it is somehow bad to localize a preference pane?

Sorry for the dumb question, but I just have to know. :-)

Charles
