This seems to be a problem with the Finder. If you copy/duplicate any
bundle the Contents folder will not be openable. I think there's some kind
of lock on the Contents folder that is placed during copying that is not
released. I put in a bug report for it a while back (although I'm probably
not the only one). It should be okay after restart.
