Missing library -> Project Builder can't open!

Hi everybody,

I had trouble with my iMac so I had to reinstall Mac OS X and the developer
tools. But after this, Project Builder refuses to open. The message error on
the the console is:

dyld: /Developer/Applications/Project Builder.app/Contents/MacOS/Project
Builder can't open library:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/JavaKit.framework/Versions/A/JavaKit (No
such file or directory, errno = 2)

This file is actualy missing, and I'd like to know how I can't recover it
without reinstalling the whole system?

Thanks in advance.

Arthur
