Does anyone have a tip on getting this working on the TiBook processor (400
MHz), it works on the a pismo.

I don't know about tiBooks, but I definitely know that on the latest quicksilvers, that feature has been
removed from at least the toolkit, and probably the processor itself.
I believe there are databases at apple.com's that give you all the gory details about what's available
and what's not for each cpu, and you could have a look at versiontracker.com also for third party tools...
