[ANN] RRSpreadSheet BOF release

I have made another release of the RRSpreadSheet controller available at:

http://homepage.mac.com/tritchey

it is the RRSpreadSheetBOF.dmg file.

Changes:

- numerous minor bug fixes and tweakes. The palette plugin now displays a worksheet when testing your interface in IB. No real functionality changes.

- Documentation! There is a limited amount of documentation. This is the output of headerdoc on the RRSpreadSheet and RRSSWorksheet class headers.

- Source code. I have included the source code for the control for anyone that wants to have a look, make suggestions and/or submit changes.
