NSImage Untagged (raw) bitmap data question

  • Subject: NSImage Untagged (raw) bitmap data question
  • From: Terry Simons <email@hidden>
  • Date: Sun, 4 Aug 2002 01:19:49 -0600

What exactly is the "NS Image Untagged (raw) bitmap" format?

It seems that it is possible to specify the bits per pixel, size, width, etc... for NSImages...

Could I read in an RGBA file if I wanted to just by setting a few parameters, or am I going to have to write my own filter, or subclass NSImage?

Thanks,

- Terry
