I can't buy that reasoning. Real programmers write documentation, if not

Real programmers share values obviously very unfamiliar to you, so I wonder how real you are (or just yet another pain on ...).

Here the values:
- Appreciation to other's (free) work,
- Humble,
- Open communications,
- Courage (even to recognize own mistakes)

And I do not know what real programmers do in your far edge of the galaxy, but here at the galactic center great programmers prefer to write great and self-explanatory programs, instead of cryptic and always obsolete documentation. (Or will you claim that folks who practice agile methodologies are virtual bozos?)
