I puzzled over this over the last couple of days. After searching far and
wide for documentation, I finally found it close to home, in the About Box
example in /Developer/Documentation/Developer Tools/Project Builder (or
something like that). It turns out that (apparently) you can only add files
to that dang text field by dragging them from the Groups & Files pane of the
main project window.
