I believe you can. You should always check the headers for license
information, but I believe that Mike has made the code freely usable by
stating "Permission is granted by the author to use MOKit in your own
programs in any way you see fit..." He retains rights to sell the "objects"
as source code or a framework, but as long as you only implement MOKit as
part of a larger application, you're fine.
