Just do what you would normally do for the association: edit the Info.plist, either manually or using Project Builder's specialized tab.

Okay, I was wondering about that. Do I not need to enter anything in the Document Class field on that tab? I was thinking I'd have to make an NSDocument subclass to put in that field.
