Look at the VermontRecipes article on stepwise
http://www.stepwise.com/Articles/VermontRecipes/index.html, it is an
good introduction to writing a cocoa application, you can follow it
directly and create the application it describes or follow it while
building you own app. There are a few newbies to cocoa on this mailing
list, if you just put newbie in the email subject, some people will just
ignore but there are plenty of people who are willing to help.
