Can I subclass NSMutableArray?

  • Subject: Can I subclass NSMutableArray?

I have subclassed NSMutableArray. But when I try to access the count: method in my subclass, I get:

2002-08-23 01:02:53.942 i-Installer[24420] *** -count only defined for abstract class. Define -[II2TaskSet count]!

But whatever I do (using [super count] or whatever) I get this message. Can I subclass NSMutableArray? Is NSMutableArray an 'abstract superclass' and if so, can I subclass its actual implementation in some way?

G
