Exporting NSImage

Any ideas on how I could export an NSImage to disk??

I can get the tiff/pct/pdf representation and write the NSData to disk, though I'm hoping for more formats (jpg, png, targa and gif).

is there a relatively simple way/example of converting an NSImage to a quicktime compatible format so I can export with that?
