Is the "add buddy/show address" window accessible?

Hi all,

I notice that Mail and iChat (both in Jaguar) use similar interfaces to choose people from the Address Book, specifically the "Show Addresses" utility window in Mail and the "Add Buddy" sheet in iChat's Buddy List window. These panels are mostly identical, with the only difference being the columns shown in the table on the right.

Is this a standard panel, or do each of these apps just create it for themselves? If it's standard, can we access it?

Note: I'm familiar with the Address Book API in Additional Technologies, so I'm aware of how I could in turn recreate it for myself (and I've already started to). But no sense doing that if I can save some work! :-)

Thanks for any response,
-Matt
