Multiple Nibs in 10.2

Since installing 10.2 with the accompanying Dev Tools, I am not able to
create multiple nib files that work.
The difficulty is that when I try to set the File's Owner info window
to the appropriate Class, the File's Owner Info > Attributes window
shows "Not Applicable", so I can't make the setting.
I also tried this with examples that worked prior to 10.2, such as with
examples on Multiple nibs from Aaron Hillegass's Cocoa book, so this
problem is not with my code, and I got the proper results prior to 10.2.
What settings changes in PB or IB do I need to make to get them to
function properly under 10.2?
