Make a window not intercept mouseDown events

  • Subject: Make a window not intercept mouseDown events

I would like to know if it is possible to avoid that a window intercept
keyDown event? I have a half-transparent full-screen window, and I would
like to access to other applications, keeping the window in front of all
other apps. Is is possible?

Thanks in advance,

Arthur
