I have a big question. Is it possible to use Cocoa and Pascal?!

Well, no, Cocoa natively supports Java and Objective-C. There are bridges available to other dynamic languages like Perl and Python, but I doubt you could use Pascal.

Anyway is it really possible to compile Pascal code on os x?

I think Metrowerks might have a pascal compiler for OS X.
