Andre,

We haven't had any other reports of this type. If you could file a bug, and include a pointer to where we can get your application (to reproduce the problem), that's probably the fastest route to a resolution (and/or workaround) for you.

Arrrgggghhh!

I've been having a frustrating time trying to get my app to get its help registered so Help Viewer can use it. The app does a perfect job of this in 10.1.x, but in Jag it sometimes doesn't work and I can't find a way now to test it as, although I've done nothing different to the app, it always registers the help properly when I reinstall it after I wipe it from the system and remove the dictionary entry from com.apple.help.plist with lots of restarts (warm & cold) in between.

Now whenever I re-install my app the help viewer finds the help every time, which is good, except it seems to work only on my machine and only recently. Great...

Any ideas?

Thank you,
Andre.
