I do not know about Romania, but in Bulgaria I personally know at least 20 OS X developers (some of them are working in our company, and started their voyage with NeXTStep 2.x), and here in my local lib (Amsterdam, Netherlands) I found two out of the three books mentioned.

It might be interesting to know if some folks would consider switching country after reading this email
