Three earlier attempts to pull the Dec dev tools failed - after 100 - 200MB were downloaded, the process died. Now I am getting user xxxxxxxxxxxxxx: access denied.

I wondered if it was just me. The first time I tried, I made some progress -- at a very slow download rate -- then my Internet connection died. I've been trying again via my Wi-Fi account at Starbucks, but can't get a connection established -- either it times out or I get an "access denied" message. Could Apple's servers be that swamped with requests for this particular upgrade?
