I've seen this happen before. This is usually caused by an errant or
crashed redo_prebindings process which doesn't move some shared library
back where it belongs. Try searching your hard drive for files named
*.redo_prebinding and remove the .redo_prebinding from its name..

I see from the list traffic that some people seem to be having success
with the Dec. Developer tools release -- unfortunately when I launch
Project Build it immediately crashes.
My initial attempt was with a copy of the developer tools upgraded by
the dev tools installer: It blew up. Next, I deleted the developer
directory and all the receipts from the library dir and the
re-installed from scratch and it still blows up. Next step was to
delete the preferences file, but still no joy.
I'm running a stock 10.2.3 system on a 667MHz TiPB with 1GB of memory.
XDarwin is installed (but not running) and Jiva's libraries are
installed... but PB crashes so quickly it can't possibly have gotten a
chance to look at any libraries yet I don't think.
Here's the trace-back I get -- I've already SPR'd this via bug-reporter
but would love to know if anyone else has seen this happen....
