does CFXMLTreeCreateFromData _require_ a url? i was under the
(perhaps incorrect?) impression that you could pass in null for
a url and just use valid xml data to create a tree. i'm
generating the xml data myself (it's valid, i've checked).
if it's not that, then for what other reasons would
CFXMLTreeCreateFromData return a null tree?
