NSMovie view animation?

  • Subject: NSMovie view animation?

Hi all,

I am new to this list, please forgive if this has been
asked before.

I would like to be able to move (ie animate) a movie
around the screen. Rotation, scaling and other
transformations would be nice too. I have tried to use
NSMovie view and animate the origin but the movie
display goes all crazy and it crashes if it moves too
far offscreen. Should I try drawing to an offscreen
space and use the resulting image?

Thanks in advance

Brian Williams
