another IB bug

Here is another one, very weird one: I created a custom view. It is just an instance of an NSView. However, I changed my mind (decided not to use it), but now it will not delete itself from the instances bar. It does not have any components inserted, nor is it referenced anywhere? Is this a bug? Anyone else had such a problem?
