Though partially I stand corrected: it indeed seems that outside of OpenStep
+new still lives: that I haven't known.

Therefore I guess somebody who can use bugreporter might want to fill a
documentation bug, since the +new family should be mentioned along with
copy/mutableCopy/alloc in those memory policy documents? Perhaps with note
"not used in Foundation / AppKit"?
