Hello, everybody!
I have a stupid question. :)
How valuable is the knowledge of Cocoa in comp. industry? See, I am
currently a student and I have no idea whether knowing Cocoa would be of
any help finding a job.

It will be of no help whatsoever. If you want to find a job, learn Windows.
If you want to make a job come to you, well then you're on the right path!
Get good. Write applications which demonstrate your competence, then
release them!
Once you have proven yourself to our small community, let it be known you
are ready to enter the marketplace - email a few employers you'd like to
work for (there aren't that many!), show them your wares and well, you
should have things sussed by then.
