Eric,
Currently 3rd party developers can't see the status of bugs that they have
not filed. As to the bug state, the possible states are:
New Problem (just filed)
Analyze (engineer is looking at it)
Integrate (a fix is being submitted)
Build (a fix has been submitted)
Verify (bug is working its way back for someone, generally the filer of the
bug, to verify that it's been fixed)
Closed (all done)
