What better way to learn the API than the API's documentation? Once you know
Cocoa (which it seems that you pretty much do) and have some experience with
examples (I hear Aaron's book has quite good ones) the docs are the perfect
place to look. If you don't quite understand something from the
documentation... Well... That's why they have these lists, right?
Good luck,
Sam

Windows is a 32-bit patch to a 16-bit shell for an 8-bit operating system
written for a 4-bit processor by a 2-bit company without 1 bit of sense.
