Also, as I saw another message was about premultiplying the TIFFs, don't forget this is a lossy process and you should keep the original file as well - the one not premultiplied (Photoshop) - (in the case you want to later change the alpha channel...)

You might want to save the original in photoshop format anyways, to preserve layer information.
