See /Developer/Documentation/Apple Help/Tutorial. It's really not that
bad, and we're working to make it better.

I've checked the archives and various web sites trying to get an answer
to what would seem to be a simple question:
"How do I add Online Help to my Cocoa App?"
The two Cocoa books I've read studiously ignore the issue, Apple's web
site
says to start digging in the Carbon docs which only seem to further
muddy
the story.
So what *is* the story? Is it really that hard? I just want a simple
1 page overview of the highlights... should I just stick with a readme
file?
All I can tell you is, I was turned off by this same issue, and
decided to put doc up on-line instead of using HelpViewer. This stuff
is ridiculously complicated, and very poorly documented for Cocoa.
